The Office of Academic Affairs is a comprehensive source for information related to academic records and procedures. The functions are as follows: the checking of major transference, the allocation of classroom resources, the supervision of teaching states, the organization and processing of course examinations, the National English Test (Level 4 and Level 6), Shanghai Computer Level Test and the National University English Competition, the data processing of graduates’ information, the issuing of graduation certificates, degree diplomas and course completing certificates, college study certificate, and student IDs.
