I. Educational Objectives
Logistics management is an integration of many specialized system involving organizing management and engineering technology, logistics, information flow and capital flow. Besides, it is an close integration of professional theories and practices. The cultivation of modern professional logistics talents has the characteristic of high integration. Students are required to master professional knowledge in multi-fields, especially international logistics knowledge; All things considered, students are given intensive training on the organization management and engineering technology with emphasis on improving students’practical abilities;
II. Education Requirements
Students who have completed program learning are expected
1. to have a solid ground in the basic theories of natural and social sciences;
2. to be proficient in English and computer application, among which passing CET-4 is a must, and getting the certificate of CET-6 is best desired;
3. to master basic theoretical knowledge of science and engineering, business administration, logistics management;
4. to master the logistics-related knowledge and regulations, and be equipped with basic capabilities of logistics system planning and design, logistics business management, logistics enterprises operating management;
5. to be well-equipped with the basic theoretical knowledge of international logistics;
6. to acquire the modern information retrieval capabilities so as to possess the rudimentary abilities in scientific research and practical work.

1. General Education Courses (54 credits)
Requirements: 44 credits for compulsory courses;10 credits for elective courses
2. Basic Disciplinary Courses (42 credits)
Requirements: the total of 42 credits for basic courses in the Discipline.
3. Specialty-Oriented Courses(55 credits)
Requirements: 40 credits for compulsory specialty-oriented courses; 15 credits for elective specialty-oriented courses.
4. Optional Courses(6 credits)
Requirements: 6 credits.
