I. Educational Objectives

This program is aimed at producing senior professional talents who are equipped with theoretical knowledge of mathematics, economics and computer application, and with a solid foundation of basic theoretical knowledge involved in management discipline. Besides, this program also emphasizes the students’analylital, decision-making and implementing abilities involved in operational, organizational and technical management with the help of advanced management ideas, approaches, organizations, technologies as well as mathematics and computer models.

II. Education Requirements

Students who have completed program learning are expected

1. to master the basic theoretical knowledge and approach of management science;

2. to acquire the basic abilities of quantitative analyzing and computer application;

3. to possess the basic abilities in practical work as managerial communication, collaboration , organization and execution.

4. be familiar with managerial polices, guidelines and regulations;

5. to acknowledge the application  of managerial science;

6. to have a good command of knowledge about document retrieval and data query so as to possess the basic abilities in scientific research and practical work.

IV. Curriculum and Credit Distribution

1. General Education Courses (54 credits)

Requirements: 44 credits for compulsory courses;10 credits for elective courses 

2.Basic Disciplinary Courses (41 credits)

    Requirements: the total of 41 credits for basic courses in the discipline.

3. Specialty-Oriented  Courses(56 credits)

Requirements: 40 credits for compulsory specialty-oriented courses; 16 credits for elective specialty-oriented courses.

4. Optional Courses(6 credits)

Requirements: 6 credits.

5. Second Class(Extracurricular Activities)(3 credits)

Requirements: 3 credits
