I. Educational Objectives
This major is aimed at cultivating talents in business administration discipline who are competent in the management, scientific research, education work in shipping enterprises, and other enterprises and government departments with relevant knowledge and skill concerning Business Administration and Economics.
II. Education Requirements
Students of this major are acquainted with theoretical knowledge of business administration, shipping management and economic, accepting basic training in enterprise management approaches and skills, and acquire the abilities of analyzing and solving actual managerial problems of companies.
Students who have completed program learning are expected
1. to be acquainted with the principle of Management Science and Economics, be familiar with basic theoretical knowledge of Modern Enterprise Administration;
2. to master the qualitative and quantitative method of enterprise administration;
3. to master the fundamental knowledge and skills of shipping enterprise administration;
4. to have good writing and language expression ability, interpersonal communication ability as well as abilities to solve enterprise administration problems;
5. to be acquainted with policies, laws and regulations of national enterprise administration, be familiar with practices and laws of international enterprise administration;
6. to acknowledge the theoretical fronts and development trends of this specialty;
7. to have a good command of knowledge about document retrieval and data collection so as to possess the basic abilities in scientific research and practical work.
